Fender flare light not working no power

22  Denali 2500hd gas 6.6

Drivers side front fender flare light quit working. Dealer changed light but said it's an electrical problem. Changed harness and still nothing. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. I really don't care for them so will probably delete and color match the flares anyway.
