2021 GMC Sierra lifter failure

I have a gmc 2019 soerra 1500 and two weeks ago i have a check ingent light and the truck astar having a lot of problems so i took the truck to the gmc and want me to.pay 4,500 they told me that is the back lifters amd the waranty from gmc dont want to pay

And is only 6,500 miles on the truck
