Delivery time frame

Recommended Posts

Ok  just trying to get a feel from people who have picked up their truck in the last 4-8 weeks.  Long story short have an order in for a truck that hasnt been picked up yet.  Fell into a truck at another dealer for a truck that is everything i want minus one thing.  As of yesterday it was at 3400 with a TPW of 11 JUL.  So I would guess that truck probably goes 3800 next week.

SO kind of playing two dealers right now.  the one on order not picked up will be a 23 but due to the potential 23 cost increase and the rumored 1500 onstar charge now, will probably cost 3-4k more than the 22 that I have my name on at the other dealer.

Anyways anyways kind of wondering what time frame people are seeing from 3800 to delivery.  Dealer is quoting 6-8 weeks,  normally in the past when I ordered it was 2-4 weeks.

To be upfront I value input but if you havent recevied a truck in the last month or two, your delivery time wont really be relevant to my situation.

Thanks. I order most vehicles and from the 3800 series it has always seems to be 2-4 weeks As of yesterday I went from 3400 to 3800.  I am expecting it here by mid August.

My 22 that didnt get picked up will cost me $3700 more to re-order the exact same truck in a 23MY.  So your $3-$4k increase assesment is on point.

From what I  gather it’s the mandatory 1500 charge now. And the truck it’s self is around 2200 more give or take. So I think taking the 22 is the better option otherwise waiting for the 24 redesign
