Both Headlights suddenly went dim

I have 2015 Sierra. One night my lights were barley bright enough to drive. Both sides are dim. The high/ low shutter function seems to be working. All of my other lights / electronics work. No change if they turn  on auto or manual . 

Any suggestions???
