2017 Sierra 6.2 - No Start - Codes P0113, P2227, P0068

Recommended Posts

So I just finished replacing lifters on the passenger side bank as number 8 exhaust lifter (non-AFM lifter) was destroyed.  I got it back together and fired it up and everything seemed fine. No more noise, misfire was gone etc. Took it for a test drive and was running great but about 5 miles in, the dash displayed limp mode and a second or two later shut off and wouldn't restart.  Crank but no start.

I pulled the codes and it shows:

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Bank 1

P2227 - Barometric Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range / Performance

P0068 - MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation

Since they are all in the same area I figured a ground was left off or maybe a connector.  I went through and everything is plugged in.  All grounds I can find are hooked up and tight (including the one on the back of the passenger side head).  I inspected the wiring harness as best as I could and no sign of any rubbing anywhere.  These codes also won't clear.  I checked all the fuses in the under hood fuse box and all are fine.  I pulled live data with ignition on (obviously not running since it won't start) and all seem to be where I expected with maybe the exception of the TPS.

IAT - 40 degrees Celsius

MAP kpa - 102

Barometer kpa - 101

TP(%) -  Sometimes it rests at about 22% and others 32%  and about 38% with the pedal to the floor.  When I physically checked the throttle body, it does rest open further than I would expect so that % is probably pretty accurate to why I am seeing looking at the throttle blade.  I'd expected this to be close to 0% at rest but is this normal?

Any ideas on where to go from here? Obviously I can't see all these sensors just going bad together and the fact that I am getting normal readings really has me stumped.
