High pitch noise when engine is under load

When my 2021 3500 GMC HD is under load like going up a hill it stated making a high pitch noise and show on the dash how many mile before it will slow down to 65,

i assume because of the def fluid but the Tank has over 3/4 fluid and just added some yesterday.
