Radiator Fans Will Not Turn ON

Ok ok i needed to make an account to see what i need to do next. My 2014 started with the no cold ac issue. Began down the rabbit hole of checking all components and buying the small things to test. Ac clutch works and holds pressure. No leaks in the entire ac system but fans don’t turn on. Took it to a shop verified all the ac system again and they said fans needs to be replaced because they are likely shot. Got home started digging more on the fans system and electrical like you and ended up doing the cheap things. Replaced the coolant temp sensor and the ambient temp sensor and cabin air filter. No codes on OBDII. No cold ac and no fans. Unplugged the CTS while running and fans turn on full speed. Fans and motor seem ok. Swapped or replaced every single relay or fuse dealing with the AC. No fix. Going down the ground rabbit hole now. Did your fans ever go full speed or did you ever try doing it with unplugging the sensor? Anything helps right. No other real info on YouTube or the web bro.
