97 Silverado k1500 pulling to the right

I have a 97 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab, pulls to the right, have rotated tires, checked tire pressure, replaced inner, outer tie rod ends and adjuster. Replaced steering gear box, Pittman arm, idler arm, rotors, pads, calipers, and have had alignment checked at 3 different shops. Shows uneven tire wear.

Have been told this is common but no one seems to have an answer, can anyone HELP please?

possibly the brake hoses. the bracket that secures it to the steering knuckle rusts pinching the hose , also where the metal ends are crimped to the hose .
