Offset for Flush (or close to flush)

Hey y’all,

 

Finally ordered rims but they are on back order. Calling an audible. I was going to order +18mm rims for flush. But now I am expanding my search to +12mm rims. Would this still be flush? If not, how much poke? Pics would be appreciated. I have 2015 Chevy 1500 4x4 and putting a 2 inch level on it. Thanks.
