How about some paint maintenance?

Wash, clay bar, polish , wax/sealer.

Clean and clay bar all the glass too.

Interior , well you know how to do that.

Very solid additions, protective maintenance is never wasted.  A visual inspection of the undercarriage is a great idea as well.  Check for leaking ball joints, CVs, worn out bushings, and re-spray your undercarriage with Daubert NOx when needed.

Whatever, Karen.

Well, I guess I’m a Karen too because I do notice smells.  That’s why I will even be replacing the cabin air filter with one that has a charcoal coating.

My comment wasn't made regarding the cabin filters ability to diminish smells, being of low ro high quality, its ability/inability to work properly, or whether or not you should ever change it.  My response was regarding his decision to go "karen" and try to force his beliefs onto others under the false guise of me "being lazy".  Changing your cabin filter every ~7,500 miles (approximate oil change interval) as he claims he does is WAY overkill for most individuals, and to try and guilt somebody into falling in line with his thoughts under the guise of insinuated insults is as Karen as it gets.  I'll change my cabin filter when the computer system tells me to, not before and not after, and it has nothing to do with being "lazy".  Anon has a right to do whatever he wants with his vehicle, and perform maintenance as he sees fit, that's his right as a vehicle owner and nobody should knock him for it.  Heck, despite how this post sounds, I respect him for going above and beyond in the maintenance of his vehicle in an area that he sees fit to do so.  I go OCD with drivetrain maintenance and many people think I'm too OCD with it, and I get it.  However, you will never hear me say your being lazy if you don't change your engine oil at 2K miles instead of when your Oil Life Monitor tells your too.

Its ok, and welcome in most instances, for somebody to provided their recommended maintenance practices that might go above and beyond what is recommended by the manufacturer, especially when there is empirical data to support their findings and opinions.  I've learned quite a bit from knowledgeable people on this site by simply reviewing their recommended practices and their supporting data.  However, it's not ok to state your recommended practices and then to shun others that disagree with you by trying to convince the world that anybody who doesn't agree with you is just lazy, or other insinuated insults, especially when they are at a minimum following the factory recommended practices.

Have you ever pulled a cabin air filter for it to have a ton of bugs and mice in it and its all black and nasty?

Yes,  at least in my 2002 Silverado it was really bad with all kinds of stuff in the cabin filter and that was with it only in 18 months.  I got a K&N for my cabin filter.  Take it out once a year and clean it and put back in.

There’s no sensor for the cabin filter… 🤦🏻‍♂️
it’s a 22.5k miles service interval

Yes.  The computer tells you about air filter life for the engine, but not your cabin air filter.  Cabin air filters get disgusting relatively quick.

I’m sure it’s somewhat dependent on location.  Mine was certainly dirty after on year 15,000 miles. Could have gone longer, but I’m glad I changed it.  Seems about the right interval. I am thinking about the KN filter, however, it seems like it needs a specific cleaner and the cleaner is not cheap, taking away a lot of the savings.

KN filters allow more flow and less filtration.
