Is there anyway to use after market LED tail lights from Stock led wiring ?

I bought the halogen bulb wiring harness and my tail lights work but I get an error and they blink fast. it’s clearly because they changed the wiring harness for the tail light. Is there any way to get the old wiring harness to work with my stock LED
