Raising manual seat cushion in front only.

One important thing to me was a power seat to get comfortable while driving for extended miles, so I bought the RST instead of the custom...I'm happy....BUT,  the wife sitting on the passenger side says that the front of the seat cushion is too low(or the rear of the cushion is too high)and there is no adjustment because the seat is not powered. Has anyone modified the seat to angle the seat cushion so that the front is higher to give more thigh support? I was thinking of shimming the seat mount in the front about a 1/2" or so, any thoughts or ideas??

We ended up getting these memory foam seat cushions for the front seats on our cloth interior LT as we found the seats too stiff for long rides. They also give you a little extra height as they are a little over an inch thick. I had to lower the power driver's seat a little after putting the cushion on the seat to match my prior seating position.

we used this lift as it accepts the side trim off the original seat.

I bought longer bolts and put some washers in my Colorado to change the angle.  Not sure if the full size trucks seats are designed the same, but probably are.

Not exactly what was looking for, but it did lead me to spacer blocks that I will be able to space the front of the seat tracks higher in the front. Thanks
