I bought a Trail Boss a month ago in the outer banks of North Carolina and have driven it back and forth several times in very windy conditions and it does not wander whatsoever. Definitively something to get checked out.

Would you mind shipping me some Duck Donuts, lol?  There used to be a franchise near Los Angeles, but it's now closed permanently.

Totally agree with you!!  Can’t stand “EGO” lifted trucks. Give me a nice standard or even 1 inch front 3 inch in back leveled lowered truck. Sporty/sinister looking.

I would suggest that he take it to dealership and have them check alignment. They get out of alignment from the delivery truck’s ratcheting them down so hard. My 2017 was “toed-in” BAD, had about 1500 miles in on it when I noticed tires wearing. Funny thing was it didn’t pull left or right at all much.  Happen to notice it when it got done getting tinted and my buddy was looking over all the windows and the truck and we noticed it.

This could surely start a pissing match.  I'm no fan of lowered trucks, but damn, did you need to go into the ego?  My penis is already small enough that i got rejected to do pornos.  I don't need to hear about how people are compensating with bigger trucks.  🤣

😂🤣😂.  Not my intention to start a pissing match. Just tired of all these lifted trucks. H$LL GM has 6 in their d@mn lineup!  It’s cumbersome….they should have the ZR2 and you can order it the way you want it. GMC should do the same way with the AT4X.
Then they should offer a lowered SS version, (like the 03-06 models…..love that stance/look) optioned the way you would like too have it. Then charge $10k for a supercharger option on any of their trucks, with a 3 year 36k warranty. Kinda like Ford does with their Shelby or Roush vehicles. Done deal.
I want GM to start getting aggressive in the performance market. They seem to just cruise along, instead of hitting the gas and really getting after it.

I'd love a supercharged ZR2 Verdon, too.  Does this mean we're both compensating?

I'm only compensating for the unsustainable desire to go fast and smoke as many wanna be muscle car drivers as I can!! LOL!

I guess I've been "annoyed"  around here in the Midwest by "smaller heighten gentlemen" who have their trucks lifted 6-8 inches, loud/terrible sounding exhaust, offsetting wheels that stick way past fenders, and your wonderful "nuts" hanging from the rear bumper. They look so ridiculous. Even my 9 and 12 year old kids ask my wife and I, "why the heck does that truck look so "DUMB"....We just look at each other, laugh, and shake our heads

Now GM's six trucks they make from factory with the two inch lift, don't look bad at all! I really like the ZR2, ALOT, but do they need SIX of them???  That's all I am saying. Offer 2 that can be ordered any way with the options of a  Custom, LT, LTZ, or High Country.

Then also offer a street truck for other gentlemen who don't use their trucks for off-roading. Heck. I'll admit it, I don't use my truck for off-road use. I use it to haul my family to events, haul my boat to the cabin, and haul my side by side to the Black Hills. I use it for those purposes. If I had a supercharged truck, I'd do all of those and also take it to the track occasionally

I could see myself in 2 years buy a ZR2 if GM offers more power to them. They are an aggressive looking truck, and if GM doesn't offer a street truck!  Right now they have nothing over my High Country that makes me want to trade, for how I use my truck!

I am going to wait 2 1/2 years because I think ALOT will change with GM and other manufacturers once "someone" else gets into office!!

I do go offroad, so the Trail Boss works for me.  I have the 6.2.  My truck is also the family hauler.  However, I'm in Southern California.  The electric cars are driven by a bunch of a-holes who floor it and zip in front of everybody then slam on their brakes.  I see it coming, but they're nothing I can do.  The truck just isn't quick enough.  More go power would prevent the cutoff.  I think I'll add an aftermarket supercharger once the powertrain warranty expires.

I would love to, but my doctor prohibits me from entering those premises.

Did you drive the truck with the original 18's on it?

Did it wander then?

How many miles on the tires?

Likely when they were swapped the tires were moved around and didn't go back on where they came off on the old truck.

Hi, I did not drive it with the 18’s the dealership swapped them for me and I drove off.

tires were not taken off rims just direct bolt swap over.

Does your truck have this button? If so try turning it off. The dealer may have told you your truck doesn't have it but if this button is there I bet it does. Yes the video shows a 20 Silvy but the button and function are the same.

No it does not, was not available when the dealer ordered the truck

Agreed!  Even after upgrading my tires to 305/50R20s I don't have wander....just crap mileage.
