1997 4.3 Silverado

Hi my 97 Chevy Silverado has a low circuit voltage problem it caused my motor to go out it blow out a bearing so I replaced the motor and went threw the harness checking for any shorts I could not find any and I have the same problem but it's gotten wrose now my rpm gauge don't work my gas gauge doesn't work either and my tranny won't shift I've tryed everything and can't seem to get right or figure it out doesn't any one know what's going on with it I checked all grounds cleaned then and made sure they were good and this is still doing what it wants I don't want to get rid of it it's been in my family for over 20 years it's still in good shape it was running perfect then one day I washed it and everything started going wrong if any one can help I would appreciate it so much please and thank you .
