2014 vs 2019 bed dimensions for topper (cap) fit

I am trying to find a used topper for my 2014 double cab (6 1/2 foot bed).  What are the differences in bed dimensions, and fit for a topper.  I found one from a 2019, and am wondering what the fit differences are?

Is it for a new body (T1), or for the carry over LD (K2)? The LD will fit perfectly, new body, not so well.

Correct. 

 

Only one body style for the 14 model year, which is the same as the 2019 LD (K2).

If it came off a 2019 that looked like this body:

 

 

It will fit.  2014-2019.

 

If it came off a 2019 that looked like this body:

 

 

 

NO.  It will NOT fit your 2014.
