Anyone using BG MOA

Let me ask you this, does GM recommend using a product like this? If they wanted you to use an additive they would make one and make money on it. No way I'll put in my truck

Luke, as far as GM tech,  No they don't approve it unless its licensed under DEXOS.  The whole reason for DEXOS was lack of uniform quality across world markets, including US.

Of course they say don't use additives but make them for certain applications......LOL    Marketing and science merge.

BG is good stuff but MOA is not needed in a newer GM engine unless you have some weird problem that it can solve. Which means it probably needs mechanical repairs.

For some of us who don't have a lot of $$$ but rely on high mileage used vehicles that need to last we can make that happen with good lubes and fuels.  BG tries to capture that market by having their own warranty to cover what GM or other OEM's might balk at.

Dealers are NOT OEM owned so there is some conflict at times on these things and again the science gets lost in it all.
