Custom Trail Boss upgrades

Before anybody says it, yes I wish I would have just gone with the LT TB or higher from the start. I was entranced by the sleek look, the luck of finding one during a vehicle shortage, Chevy price promotion, and the fact that they offered 4k more for a trade in than what I paid for my 2018 LT.  I bought it before ever sitting in it or really comparing the trims, something I will never do again. I do love the truck and I don't regret the purchase but there are a few things that just irk me. I think my biggest issue is the lack of lumbar support in driver seat! Things I could and may eventually upgrade are the interior, the LED headlights, and dash. I've done a good amount of research and I just wanted to confirm a few things. Most important one right now is the tow mirrors because I tow regularly and I am considering getting a bigger trailer because I want to haul an additional ATV (right now it'll just fit 1 SXS and 1 smaller ATV) and sometimes I haul my BIL's trailer which is 8x22x7.

I have a 2021 Trail Boss 5.3L

Tow mirror upgrade: Will bolt right up but will always need to replace wiring harness to get functionality from them? My understanding is that I can only install the ones with basic features, not the ones with cameras, etc. Is this correct? I found some locally but I think its the ones with the camera. (see pictures below). If I could get those to work, that would be amazing but I would be happy with basic tow mirrors. I've seen a few post mention having the BCM reflashed, will that be required with either option?

Are there any seats that will directly replace the custom seats? I like the bench seat but hate that there is no storage beneath the console and that there is no power to the actual center console like on my old LT. I wouldn't be opposed to a full center console without the bench seat. I don't care for power seats but would imagine any trim above the custom will be power. Is there an existing harness to get functionality from power seats or is that something that I will have to purchase and run myself?
