2013 SILVERADO FUEL INJECTOR PROBLEMS

I have my 2013 Chevy 1500 in the shop with fuel injector problems. They have tried 3 new injector assemblys in the past 3 months and they all come up with the same code: 6th injector malfunction (stuck open). The shop is now telling me there is a back order on Fuel Injectors and don’t know when new parts are coming in. Is it possible to have 3 new injectors fail in a row, or is there another problem we’re missing?
