silverado 2016 headlight HID upgrade to full LED

Im new on this, so please be patient. I need help i couldnt find someone who help me with this.

I ve got a silverado lt z71 2016  got some trouble so my headlight were broken both, so   I was wondering  if i cant just add the headlight from a silverado high country. Since the original that i had  were HID, but the one from the high country are full led. the conectors are the same, but I dont know if its only plug and play or do I need to make any  modification. 

Or should I go for the original HID, the reason it is because a friend of mine got one pair of silverado high country 2017 headlight that are selling, so the price would be perfect for me.

I don't know with any authority but being led and the computer systems... They may plug in but work or work correctly is a question.  The power going to the lights maybe controlled by computer and may report bulbs out/error at the min. 

 

Could it be programmed? Or maybe even plug and play?  Good luck however it works out.

one way to find out . used your friends headlights - If they work , your go to go. Good Luck
