4G LTE, icon vanished on 8 inch infotainment

Hello, my 2020 silverado 2500HD, lost the 4G LTE signal icon on my infotainment screen, but I still have wifi in my truck. Onstar reset my system numerous times with no luck. Any information would be great.  Thanks

I had a similar thing happen - I honestly got on with OnStar and said "The 4G icon on my infotainment screen disappeared" and they said "oh, yeah we need to push a configuration back to your device, one moment". It took them less then 3 minutes and I had it back, no resetting needed.
