Big no no.. 5+ hours still no new tires. All they did was put the truck on the lift and deflated 2 tires (onStar email me because of low pressure on 2 tires). Do they actually have tech that are trained to install tires or do they reserved another tech from other shop to install tires?

I've bought all of my tires at Tire Rack (BFG KO2s, 33" and 35") and had them shipped to my local Firestone store. The 33s, I just dropped off the truck. The 35's, well, I wanted to check fitment so I made an appointment, had them install the fronts, went out to check the fit and told them to finish it up.
I was out in an hour and a half.
