Can not get any video from a gm accessory trailer rear camera. Went through all trouble shooting .is a new install 

Got it fixed

There was a coax cable unplugged from factory behind front grill

If everything checks out, the magic box is at fault.

 

Process of elimination is pretty much the only way to diagnose a bad computer of any kind on these vehicles. If you're 100% sure all the wiring is good front to back, then replace the control device.
