Biggest tires on Stock suspension

I am wondering what is the biggest size tire I can fit on the stock 18" rim that came with my truck. I currently have Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires 265/65r18 on my truck that came stock. Is there a possibility of squeezing a 275 under it with the same aspect ratio without having to level out the front? 

 

Any help is appreciated.

I doubt you'll have an issue with that minor change:

Trucks equipped with the 22" wheel option actually work out to 32.1". So you know there's zero concern with 275.

Nice they fit on stock suspension.
Great tire size and well done.
I had to go to a 2" level to fit 33X12.5X18s. I've, since gone a bit more on a 3" level and a 1.5" body lift and 35x12.5x18s on stock wheels although I upgraded to black factory wheels, still stock 18s though.
