Dmax owners and Fleet Pricing?

I am going to get a Dmax with the new 'LLY' motor. The injectors have been updated and they don't take tons of labor to get to them. They have also upped the HP and TQ ratings.

Anyone have one on order?

I have a dealer offering me $500 over fleet price. How does fleet pricing work?
