Removing Sierra Fender Vents

Anyone know how to remove the Sierra fender vents? I see the clips, but not sure how to pull them off; I tried squeezing the clips with pliers, but don't want to bust them off. I want to wrap the chrome trim. Any photos or tutorials are appreciated.

I saw that video. Did you watch it before posting? It is for the HD Trucks using a tool special-made by the company that posted it.

The fender emblem is the same thing on the HD trucks. Yeah I saw the tool but, it does show how you can remove them and how they attach to the fender.
