Ideas to change roof marker lights on 2021 2500 HD

I have officially finished all my mods on my new midnight edition 2021 2500HD. The Cab light/roof marker lights are my only project left. Can I remove them? Can I replaced the bulbs with white/led? I thought of adding dark vinyl to try to change the look. My last thought is just pulling the fuse so they do not work. Any idea or suggestions?  Thanks

You will end with 5 holes in you roof, might get a little wet.

2. Replaced the bulbs with white/led?

You can buy a single unit to test to see if than can be done, low $ risk.

Shrink wrap might work.

4. My last thought is just pulling the fuse.

You disconnect them in the driver side column. 

 

I think about all the work I went thru to install mine but I guess "it is to each his own".

I would just leave them as is. You can not see them anyway when you are in the truck.

Thank you for the feedback. I am not into the cab\marker light look. Looks like a semi or something.I would rather have an off road look with more led lights.

You could get the tint spray people use on taillights or side marker lights.  Mask off the area and spray.  Then they will still glow slightly orang, or you can disconnect them.

Or just tape them off and hit them with multiple coats of plastidip. You can build up a few coats to make them totally opaque and then peel it off if you don't like it.
