AT4 Mud Flaps?

Recommended Posts

What are guys installing for aftermarket Mud Flaps?  Pics if possible.    My last AT4 I had them put on the larger GMC "Splash Guards" on but even with stock tires/wheels it still throws a lot of crap on the truck.  Looking for something that covers better, but the Sierra's have mini splash guards installed stock, so do those have to be removed?  I've seen a couple that work with the factory stock molded parts, but to me they just look weird.    Also seems like 95% of the sites that have mud flaps to fit, don't show a picture of what they actually look like installed on a newer GMC.   Mud flaps have gone fashion statement it seems I've seen them all the way up to $600+

Thanks!

Yeah unfortunately it doesn't seem like GMC really offers anything but the almost worthless plastic molded splash guards that are slightly bigger than the stock ones and then only for a couple inches.  It seems like if you want to do most "normal" aftermarket mud flaps on the Sierra you also have to remove the factory parts and spend $140 for end caps, plus whatever the mud flaps cost.   GMC could learn a lot from the Chevy accessories they're much better than what they offer on the GMC's.

Something as simple as this would be fine if GMC made the equivalent.

Instead the GMC ones are only wider at the bottom 3" or so of the splash guard, once you get above that short 3" wide section at the bottom the tire tread has a clear "shot" to throw stuff at the side of the truck.
