Does anyone know where I can get a ltz center console for a 2018 gmc serria or trade for my jump seat.

I have a center console that I’m looking to swap. Is your jump seat black and all leather? This is for a Chevy Silverado 2018 2500.

You do know there is no harness that powers up the connections on jump seat when swapping. The connections for OE equipped consoles come out of dash. The OE jump seat come up under the seat. The connections are even different.

@jscottl oh I did not know that. I guess I’ll do a little more research before swapping because I do want to keep the usb option for CarPlay somehow.

No problem swapping the console into a 2016 RCSB Work Truck or a 2018 CCSB LT. I've done both and all functions including Apple Car Play function if your truck has Car Play from the factory. I swapped the jump seat out for the console on both of them.

Buy the custom adaptor harness from HarnessDr.com and have at it. The owner of HarnessDr.com will walk you through any issues you might have.

The OE connections come out of the dash and out from under the passenger seat.

I put the console in the 2016 RCSB and then put the same console in the 2018 CCSB LT when I traded the 2016 in. All functions worked in both trucks. I even used the same adapter cable from HarnessDr.com for both trucks.

The console fits 1500 and 2500 as do the seats.

Yes a person can do jump seat to console. Done it myself with Phil's harness. But there isn't a harness to adapt a console truck to jump seat.

The harness that comes in the jump seat should plug into the original harness under the passenger seat if the pin counts match.

Is the harness there if truck came with a console? Truck with a console all the wiring comes out of the dash. That's why all the hookups are in front not the bottom.

That's a good question. Neither one of the trucks I had came with a console so the harness was under the passenger seat.

When I installed them on my trucks both got power from under the seat and under the dash.

I do have a console I would like to trade out for the jump seat. I’m about an hour and a half away from San Antonio if your still looking? I know it’s been a few months so you may not be looking? I have a 2018 gmc 3500 Denali.
