Was that 11 inches the amount of Bed taken up when opened all the way? Looking at one of these vs possibly a softtopper.

And probably dumb question, but any idea what the crush capacity is with it closed? Not that I would intend to climb on it for any reason but..

Yes, that 10.5"-11" was with the cover all the way open against the cab (it has 1.5" foam blocks that protect the cab).

 

Not sure the crush weight, but I've been on mine. Granted the majority of my weight was on my knees near the edge of the cover. I climb on mine frequently to clean the back window or wipe the cover off.

It is listed with "Rated up to 400 lbs. of evenly distributed weight".  Not sure how that translates to crush weight.

 

I ordered the MX4.
