2021 Silverado - Tangier Orange

That dealership should pull the front fender pieces and paint match them. Other than that I like it. GM offers such boring colors for most of their lineup. Between that, wanting to be all electric, and ruining classic nameplates like Blazer, I'm starting to lose my patience with them.

Funny you mention that because the Blazer is selling very well and is a blast to drive. They need to make an SS version of it with a 5.3L.  Would be awesome.

Also the so called “off road” Blazer that everyone is mad about, well it hasn’t been around since the 70s and 80s.  All the 90s and early 2000s weren’t off road trucks either.  Where GM messed up at is the new Trailblazer.   They should have brought that back as body on frame And off road capabilities, but they brought it back basically the same size as a Trax and a $hitty 3 cylinder engine.

The ZR2 Blazer was a blast to take off-roading. Very capable. As for the others, while they weren't serious off-roaders, they were at least capable vehicles that could be turned into fun vehicles.

And I do like the look of the new Blazer. I just would have liked a midsized SUV built on the Colorado platform. Whether that be the Blazer or Trailblazer.

It's a hole in the sheet metal that lets sun in. We get enough of that through the windshield and windows down here. I would pay extra not to have one.

GM is having issues sealing the vertical glass on the rear windshield. No way I would trust a sunroof.

There is a inside sliding cover so you could block it when not wanted and you would never know it existed and it lets in no more heat than the metal roof when closed.

I've had them too.  That's another reason I don't want one.

Different strokes for different folks.

Back to the OP's original post, the black panels themselves would not scare me off if the Tangier Orange is what you want.

I'm a huge Tennessee fan, but I don't think I could drive that every day...I saw one on the Insta a few months ago that was proper in the front. No black wings coming around the side. It was leveled with 35's and looked pretty good, but still. Couldn't do it every day. I chose white instead!

if i got a smokin deal i would take it......am not super picky color person.....my Dad had a orange blazer in 70s converted to shortbed pickup....he had 6" lift and was done to the hilt, made 4WD mag and i loved that truck....i could do orange but not green (unless they really needed to offload it and then i would just wrap it, lol

I like orange but the Tangier is a bit much for me.  As someone else mentioned the front fender extensions are not painted with the truck body, they are provided by a vendor and they only do standard colors, not RPO colors.  Many dealers are painting them to match.  They come off easy, just a few fasteners.  I bought new ones to send to paint for my SEO arrival blue truck so I wouldn't have to run around without any.

Man that’s a nice deep clear blue. Gorgeous color. Almost similar to my 06 Superior Blue Trailblazer SS. Congrats.
