Auxiliary switches label/stickers

I seen it here before but searching for it, I could not find it.

 

I am looking for information on how to get the sticker sheet of labels for the auxiliary switch module in the attached picture.

so you can reassign them for other uses.

i too am looking for it, its part of GM upfitters equipment.  i think goatrope garage on Youtube posted a video on installing it. he might have part numbers
