Steel replicas are heavier than stock alloys.  When I went from stock 17” to 20” CK156 reps on my Tahoe each was 28 lbs.more even with stock size tires.  I had to get a tune and bigger brakes to compensate.

Check craigslist. Here is a local to me factory set with OEM tires for $850....hard to beat that.
