From what I understand you use hptuners to read the current tune on your truck, send it to them, and they provide a tune modified based on your stock one to adjust for the supercharger. that tune would be for an otherwise stock truck, or a truck with minor mods like intake/exhaust etc. if you've got other significant modifications, then this isn't' the route to go and it should be dyno tuned.
