I was curious to know if it is possible to install 2014-2017 gmc sierra denali headlights on a 2012 gmc sierra denali. Has anyone ever tried or know how that could be done?

Welcome to the site.

 

Lots of money and time, and a really talented shop that cut and reshape your fenders, grill, bumper and so on to accept the new headlights. Then there will be the issue of a new harness and wiring to make them work with your truck. 

 

Might be cheaper to retro fit the whole nose onto your truck.
