You`ll get a better launch with a higher stall, but you will give up day to day

fuel milage and gain trans. heat. You will also loose towing capacity with a

smaller converter. Higher stalls are smaller in size. Choice is yours. I think

the web site for vig. is www.converter.com.

Get a Yank. Just dont go smaller than 280mm or your towing will go to $hlt. Smaller converters also build up and retain a lot of heat. You might want a better external tranny cooler!! I myself am looking at the Yank TT2600. But first Im cehcking out wether the Trailblazer I-6 converter will work. I have found out that the TB converter will stall to 2600 behind the 5.3. Hell of a lot cheaper too. The TB converter wont have the shorter shift extension like a converter with a higher STR but 2600 stall will work for me! From what I have heard the Yanks have better towing capabilities. SO that should help you decide what you want out of your truck and a converter. Both converters are good!!

Yanks website is www.converter.cc
