Lifted truck steering wheel question

Recommended Posts

Ever since I had my 19 1500 lifted, the wheel has been off. I chalked it up to the alignment shop and figured one of the knobby tires was in a different position vs the other side when aligning the truck. Sometimes it's off a little, some times it's dead on. I was at the dealer today getting a remote start installed and also had the oil changed. The wheel is way off now. Almost not even close to being centered. Has anyone experienced something similar on their lifted truck?

Had a bunch of lifted trucks, including my current ‘19 Sierra. Never seen that before, but I know it’s not normal. I’d bet something in the rack is slipping. Should have the steering system checked out.
