Does anyone know what they should be if the truck has the z71?

My truck is making the noise and i checked them they were at 80 lb ft so i made them 85 lb ft but i am wondering if i could go higher. For the z71 the socket used for the bolt is 13/16 or 21mm. I tried looking everywhere but i am unable to locate it.

Bought a 1/8 inch recycled rubber sheet from Amazon for less than $3 and cut into strips as wide as the leaf springs. Slid into the gap and pried open the leaf to get the rubber strip closest to  connection to the other leaf.  Zip tied the strip to the spring and it was like a light switch.  No noise. No clunk.
