Power button jammed on radio

Just wondering how to go about replacing the power button on the radio in a 2018 Silverado. Truck came back from the dealer with a jammed button - assuming they pushed it a little to hard when they shut it off & they aren’t taking responsibility and hubby thinks it’s me & is about ready to kill me. I can’t find anything on the web other than a whole new radio. Helppppp

Welcome to the site.

Take a picture of the button and post it, so we can see what it looks like. It may have just moved and is trapped under the lip of the dial.

It was jammed and I thought I fixed it today because it was turning again and then it cracked on me.

Yikes, that is no good.

Maybe check a local "junk"/car recycling yard to see if they have any used GM radios cheap that have the same buttons as yours. They are used in many models.

Pretty sure the knobs should come off, could scavenge parts from the donor radio.
