Manual Driver Seat Recline Stuck

I have a 2015 Silverado with a manual driver seat that will not recline. It’s stuck in a fairly comfortable position fortunately, but I’m selling the truck and need to sort it out. 
 

The right side of the seat (closer to center of truck) will release, but the left seems locked up.

 

any ideas?

 

i attached a video showing the behavior. Sorry it was tough holding the camera and trying to recline so I was using my head to push the seat lol.
