Lifted or stock measurements

I'm looking for center of the front wheel to the fender lip measurements and what size lift you have.   I need to set my coilovers up so it sits at 3.5 inches.  I know ground to fender on mine stock were 38 front and 40 rear but all tire makes are different in size especially mounted on different wheels.  Helps greatly appreciated.  Thankyou.

 

My goal is to set the front at 3.5 and use a rear 2 inch block with my 35 12.5 20 km3s.
