Rear Camera LCD Mirror

Has anyone installed one of these? They have a detailed video showing the install. Was wondering how did it go in real life?

This came with my AT4 and it's awesome!

I don't have to worry about anything being in my way in the rear seats, and gives a crisp view of what's behind you. It does feel weird at first not actually looking through a back window to see things and your perspective is a little altered, but that's why you have two side mirrors aswell...

Not to mention the cool factor when you show your friends and family

Another nice feature I like about it (factory installed mine as well, so I have no idea how hard it would be to install) is that if you DO want to look through the rear view mirror, that is, use it as a standard mirror, you flip what would be the day/night flip on the bottom of the mirror. Push it forward and the mirror comes off of camera mode and goes into standard rear mirror mode. The camera gives you a very wide view in the rear, much better than the standard mirrors would normally give you. This is very handy on the multi-lane highways near bigger cities. You can see all the traffic in all the lanes behind you for the most part. It does take a bit of getting used to at first, but now I wish all my cars had this.

It's also adjustable as far as dimming and visual reference point. You can adjust the camera up and down slightly from the mirror controls, and the dimming and zoom feature. It isn't a huge adjustment range, but you can tweak it in a little to your preference.
