Lifted roof height

Recommended Posts

been looking through the forum and so far havent seen people post their post lift kit roof height.

With my job i have to be able to fit into 7' garages so for me that'll be a big deciding factor.

Ive got the trailboss and im thinking of doing 35s and a 4" lift. Itd be helpful for others too if you can post up your specs and roof height. Especially 6" lift with 35s people since you are the max most people would go.

I have a 15 LTZ Z71 with BDS 6” and 35x12.50x18s. My garage is 7 feet tall and I fit inside it just fine.

You can probably just cross reference stock heights between 2015 and yours.

I was looking for lifted heights for 2020s.

To be honest my 2020 trailboss sat just as high as my 2015 on 33s and 6" lift. When i had them parked next to eachother the beds were exactly even. It says the stock trailboss height is 78"

I have a 2019 gmc slt with 4” lift and 285 65 20 which is a 33.70” tire and I’m just too tall for my parking garage that has 6’8” clearance. a9c9353d8348a6512dcf0cc0ca48843f.jpg

My 2020 is lifted 6 inches on 35's.  I will get out the level tomorrow and get you a measurement.

My 2020 SLT with the BDS 6 inch lift and Toyo Open Country RT in 35x12.50 measured out at exactly 7 feet for the roof height.  Hope that helps.
