Relocating gas tank in 1971 chevy C10

Help...Bought a new under the bed blazer tank to relocate the tank but unsure of the emission control connections.   I know the sending unit goes to  the mechanical fuel pump on the engine.  But can I cap off one of the two emission controls and what about the 1/2 inch "return" connection?    The old tank only had a vent to a charcoal filter and one to the filler neck. Thanks
