Intermittent Brake Shudder

I've got a 2015 Silverado 2500 and I have an intermittent brake shudder when applying the brakes. Sometimes I don't feel any pulsing at all, sometimes I feel a light pulsing when coming to a stop, and sometimes its bad enough to actually rip the steering wheel out of my hands...

 

I checked the lateral runout on the rotors - .001 on passenger side, .000 on drivers side. I took these measurements after the truck sat for about an hour. Any ideas whats going on here?
