2006 chevy silverado no audio

Hi! I just bought myself an 06 Chevy silverado 1500 I love it, but two issues I have noticed. First problem, I have no audio. The radio is turned on, not locked, but plays nothing through speakers. Have any suggestions on it?  The next issue is the reverse light in the cab doesn't work. I changed the two bulbs still with nothing.
