Are katzkin seats more comfortable than the factory cloth? I just feel like I have to sit perfectly centered to be comfortable. I think it's the rear bolsters that interfere with my personal comfort. Maybe they will soften up as my truck only has 2k miles on it. Just thought I'd ask the board for some opinions.

yes they are stiff.....had 19 RST and went to 20 2500 and both trucks the seats are incredibly stiff....@ 10k miles on my 19 they never softened up....but hopefully cuz they are stiff they will last and soften up later on.....stiffer is better than too soft though I guess....

I had roadwire sear covers put in as part of the deal when I bought my 2019 LT Z71 Texas Edition.  I am 6'2" 250 pounds and the seat is somewhat uncomfortable.  Drove from Texas to Florida in it last summer and it seems the passenger seat felt more comfortable to me.  Not sure why though.  My driver seat is the 10 way electric one, the passenger is the more basic manual seat.

I love the way the seat covers look though.  Look factory to me.  I do notice I always lean to the right with 1 arm on the console for some reason.

I don't drive mine much but today I noticed if I raise the seat bottom all the way up I'm above the bolster enough that it doesn't bother me that bad. Thx for everyone's replies and experience.

Thanks for the tip.  I'll have to play around with it.  I logged 9 hours of driving time this weekend.  You know it wasn't that bad.  Wasn't great but wasn't horrible lol.  I found myself adjusting the seat a lot and my back and neck hurting the most.  Since I'm tall I always feel like If I put the seat back to where it's comfortable for my legs, then my arms are too far/straining.  I've always had this issue though.  Same thing with my last ride which was a focus ST.  I think I'm just a finicky person when it comes to seat position lol.

I'm at 22k miles and they havent softend at all. I'm going to try what someone else said and raise them all the way and see if that helps, at least with the bolsters.
