how to remove homeless people near house?

I seem to have a gang of homeless kids living near my property, they are becoming a pest like lately.. tagging , cutting peoples fences breaking into my shed.. was wondering if anyone has ideas on some dirty tricks to motivate them to leave the area.. police wont do anything about them, one kid has a bright laser he shines at aircraft and my dog. he's burned holes im my security camera already. what can I do about him beside the extreme !

Unfortunately the police will do nothing unless there's proof of them breaking the law.

Do you get along with your neighbors?
Start working together.

Put your security cameras out of reach. Get video of them doing things.

The sad part is the law protects them as you know.

Dirty tricks could cause retaliation.

Maybe file a formal complaint with the police department along with your neighbors. Stressing the fact that there was no tagging and break - ins until they showed up.

Tough situation.

Depending on your age and capability... consider moving. We are moving into a dog eat dog phase and you may as well not live in an urban area if you don't like young unemployed kids rummaging around your place.. Or be happy that they are only pests at this point.

who do i contact?

local sherrif buzzes the houses when he lases the planes, but i do have evidence of the kid with the laser, just not high resolution enough to get a face when he's 1/8 mile away.

i'm 40 and kinda stuck here, not afraid to tangle with them so i dont want evidence gathered on me if i go extreme and get tossed in jail . i need something more passive, kinda like an irritant that moves them out. a few degrees of separation.

Homeless kids or are they just hanging out? Got a friend who doesn't lock doors, close windows, or turn on porch lights and wonder why his property get hit all the time. Make yourself less attractive than the next guy and call the PD to conduct random roll-byes during times when you see them assemble or use the laser.

yeah, they are homeless bastardized children 19-28 years old, they live under a concrete bridge here, they set up tents and beds inside the bridge, and tapped into the local main water line of a commercial building with a water hose. so they are set up and comfy, i see them there on my security cam 24/7 at night i see them smoking dope down there too. i was thinking of littering the upper portion of the bridge with some hyperdermic needles and and burn some spoons. maybe make a crack pipe , and leave in the area... send pictures to the local PD ..

toying with the idea of attaching bearspray to a drone and parking it over head and emptying the can on them at 2AM

That's a little extreme when I said make yourself less attractive, PD may start looking at you. Thought they were hanging out on a corner or something, didn't know they had taken up residence under a bridge. What you suggest might work this time, but there will always be someone living under that bridge. I'm not an engineer but seems as though the builders could install iron rebarb to block flat pocket surfaces under bridges. Contact city council and ask can they install rebarb.

They're the disadvantaged ones, so if you retaliate, the police will be all too eager to punish you for it.

So if you're gonna mess with them, they can't know it's you. You have to remain anonymous.

They like tagging, get a paintball gun and tag their ass when they do it.

Make dry ice bombs at odd hours of the night so they can't sleep.

Wait until they leave their camp and ransack the piss out of it.

That's one of the oldest tricks ever.

You drop a piece of dry ice into a partially filled bottle of water. This causes the solid dry ice to sublimate. It pressurizes the plastic bottle until it can't hold it anymore and it makes a loud bang. It's harmless... Mostly.

We did it in 8th grade science class to learn about the 3 phases of matter, solid/liquid/gas.
