2018 GMC rims on 2020

I have a good set of 18" mud tires on my 2018 GMC 2500 HD and looking to trade for a 2020.  I don't want the OEM street tires and really am not wild about the SLT silver rims.

 

Has anybody put the chrome 18" SLT 2018 rims on a 2020 truck?  I will probably look for some Denali 20" rims when my tires are shot but don't want to deal with it right now.

 

I usually just let the dealer keep the new tires when I trade trucks and keep my used mud tires on the new one.  Usually aren't worn out when I trade every 3 years.
