no, other than wondering if basic maintenance has been done (proper oil changes, other fluid changes, lubing of the various greasable joints.  You may be getting into the range of the bits that are missing grease nipples needing replacement (u-joints perhaps, various parts of the front suspension, IDK exactly where GM has been skimping on them lately).
