Anyone have issues with Realtruck.com

I ordered some N Fab steppers on Friday, and have not gotten a shipping status. Contacted them over chat and all they could say was, "we'll send an email with shipping info". But no date projected or anything. Is this typical? Maybe I'm spoiled by amazon prime.

I had some problems with a return a few weeks back but I did get it resolved.  I suspect that like many online stores, they don't actually stock many items.  They sell the items and then have them drop shipped from the manufacturer to your door without ever handling the stuff.  That almost eliminates the middle man but then they have no control over when the items are shipped.  RealTruck doesn't get the best customer satisfaction reviews but you'll probably get a notice within a few days.  Keep us informed how well it goes for you.

Well, no response from them at all. Either Thursday or today Friday. No shipping info. This is a disappointment, for a little more i could have gotten them from Amazon and with prime shipping. I dont think my card has been charged so ill try to cancel on Monday early to get the Amazon ones on the road that same day hopefully. .

Called in to cancel my order. Took about 1 hour on hold on the phone, of course my wireless headphones did the trick, but that was after being cut off by 2 agents online and of course their automated chat about 3 times. I will never order from them again. Not because I think 1 week and no shipping update is horrible, but more so I confirmed their customer service is horrible. I will shop amazon or local.

yeah trying to get your money back is a ****** from anyone.....i just went thru this with CARID and man was that a process....they sure take it pretty quick though, lol

 

i have something from real truck now and its kinda taking forever.....and i kinda need it but whateves, amazon is usually pretty quick

Got my refund today. Ordered new ones from amazon. Looking forward to installing them and the goose neck hitch. So two weeks with my truck and my windshield is cracked :—(  gonna ride it out see how bad it spreads, otherwise $650 for the new wind shield installed.

i just went thru this as well. Don't waste time on waiting on email responses from the customerservice addy, and no better getting anywhere with the automated chat feature that also sucked. Finally i was able to wait out the "all personnel were busy" recordings on the customer service line and got ahold of a live person that was were helpful. I had ordered Havoc step bars for my 2020 HD crew cab, apparently the factory in Ga was running behind. But as of this morning day 7, finally got an email notification from RealTruck.com that my order had shipped and i have the tracking info now, should receive mine tomorrow. They really need an automated system that can provide order status on you order number so you can at least see where it is in the system instead of hanging in limbo for several days.

Avoid.  Horrible customer service.  After a month of waiting for an “in stock” item to ship and constant excuses, I asked to cancel and refund.  They started ignoring me and I get the credit card company involved.

 

A quick google of reviews will tell you everything you need to know.

I ordered nerf bars in beg of may.....finally got them 3 weeks later, right as I was about to cancel order I got shipping confirmation, so I waited it out but yeah wont be using them again that's for sure

Wow never had an issue. Had some AvS vent visors that were bad and their customer service
Processed the new set very quick [emoji2373]
